Took the 4 and and a half hour trip to Glenwood to DSA used cars had a good experience they worked with me to get the car I wanted nice car needs some TLC but I got it at a good price and it definitely made the 4 and a half hour trip home No problem they have good used cars there not perfect but you definitely get a good deal you mite half to put some work into it but you can't beat the prices they wer honest about the car didn't try to sell me a shuck and jive story like most dealerships do and I liked that they told the truth and wer honest and the car made it home safe so honest dealership in my book definitely will go back to get more cars you definitely can't beat the prices that for sure

I got a phone call from my 16yo at 12:30am stating his truck broke down again and it was left on the side of the road. As a parent I was worried that we would get a call from law enforcement about the car or someone would hit it. Also as a parent I could not get those type of phone calls anymore. I stayed up until 4am researching local dealerships with the budget I had. I found a 2004 Impala. By the pictures it looked to be in good shape. I also reached prices on other Impala's with the same futures and Darin's prices were fair. I also read his reviews and appreciated how he responded to them. I called him when I woke up and he made an appointment right away to meet at the dealership. The car was started and warmed up. My mom and I both got in and really felt like it would be a great car and my mom and I are picky. Darin told me his career in local dealerships and shared his knowledge with me. My mom and I took it for a test drive and we went back and I bought the car. All of this took 20mins and I was on my way back to Alexandria. A few days later I got a call saying they had my plates and instead of mailing them, they could drop them off for me. I have never recieved plates within days of buying a vehicle. Bought a truck from DSA got a great deal very transparent with what he does and where the vehicles come from. I did have a power steering line that was leaking that I had to replace. Cost me about 350 but I know I’m definitely still ahead for how good of a deal I got. Also Darin did say there might be some minor things that need to be fixed so I did expect some kind of minor repair. Overall really happy with the experience and definitely will be going back when I’m in the need for another vehicle. I recommend him to all my family and friends! April 176, 2019

I initially started seeing posts on the Facebook market place, the vehicles that I was seeing were the best value. Deciding to check out the website directly they had a large enough variety to find something that fit all of the criteria that we were looking for. We went to the lot to look at the vehicles, everything was clean and spaced out well that we could easily walk threw the lot and see what we were looking at. Contacting the dealership directly, communication was very open and laid back. The lot itself is unsupervised so we set up a time to drive any and all vehicles we wanted. I did not feel pressured or under any time constraints. I was told to take my time and drive it as long as I wanted. I felt very welcomed to look threw anything in the car or under the hood. Without a looming presence. Once we found our vehicle after going to the lot more then once and driving many different vehicles, everything went very smoothly. He helped me get threw all of the financing hurdles with my bank by having quick responses and providing any document needed quickly. We were able to get threw an entire bank loan application threw email and text message only. With everything completed on my loan in less then a day we went to get our vehicle. Dsa gave me the highest trade in value for my current vehicle out of all the dealerships that we had been too. They made switching everything over a breeze and not intimidating at all. From start to finish it took me 2 days to look and decide, finance, trade in and drive away with our new vehicle. We are 100 percent satisfied with our purchase and will be back again.
